1) Detailed Rules: Rules are posted on the website or handed out prior to each tournament. It will be your team's responsibility to read and understand the rules! No Exceptions to this rule!!!!!
2) Tournament Hours : 6:00AM - 3:00PM (Safe Light)
3) Location: Based on division
4) Limit: 5 Fish Shelbyville & Rend Lakes 14" Kinkaid Lake & Lake of Egypt 16"
5) Polygraph: May be randomly performed during the season. The director can decide who takes polygraph.
6) Membership Fee: $25 Per Angler/Per Year----- Substitutes are required to be members. NO EXCEPTIONS
7) Eligibility: One partner must be 18 years of age. No angler is eligible, if he or she has been found cheating in any other tournament!!!!!
8) Substitutes: As many subs as you would like, but your Classic partner must have fished with you 3 out of 6 events. Subs must be identified at sign-in for credit to your team, otherwise, a new team will be established and points will start for that team. You may fish alone for points. One team member must fish for the team to recieve points in that event. NO EXCEPTIONS!
9) Registration: Optional $50 per event prepay (6 X $50=$300) payable by first event ! This will guarantee priority take off position by drawing, held the morning of the event. Entries recieved by hand or mail, will be assigned take off position as they were recieved, after the priority positions are established. Deposit money and/or prepay entry fees are transferable, if notified prior to the next event scheduled. If NO notification is made prior to event, then money is non-refundable . The entry will be considered part of the payout in the scheduled event that the entry was paid for.
10) Confirmation: NEW 2012 You will need to give us an email for your confirmations in 2012!!!!!!! ALL confrimations will be sent by email.
11) Mike James Classic Qualifications: Your team must fish a minimum of 5 out of 6 tournaments. Top 30% of the average boat field by points and top 10% of the average
boat field of the season at the Wild Card event, after the top 30% has been identified by points. 2 teams will go by drawing at the last event of each division. 2 Draw teams must have fished all 6 events to qualify. There will be a mandatory meeting following the last event !!!!!
12) Classic Lake: NEW Every member will get to vote at the 2nd Event, if they have fished the first and are entered to fish the 2 event of that division. Each member will recieve a ballot that will have your name and signature box. You will have three choices and must clearly mark one box. You will sign and print your name on ballot. You will return the ballot by the end of the 2nd event. We will total the ballots from each division and post the winner on the website as soon as we have counted votes from both divisions.
13) Wild Card: Second Chance to qualify for the Mike James Classic. These teams will be determined by weight only on that day's event. Top 10% of field following the top 30% by points. Your team must have fished 5 of 6 events in that division, to qualify of James Classic. Draw teams must have fished all 6 events in that division!!!! There will be a mandatory meeting following the last event!!!!!!!
14) Sportsmanship Rule: NO FIGHTING!!!!!!! You will be disqualified!!!!! Honor all lake rules and obey NO WAKES!!!!!!!
15) ALL Director's DECISIONS ARE FINAL!!!!
